Terms & Conditions

Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders to be completed.  Commissions are completed on a first come first serve basis. If you need your painting by a specific date, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. There will be an additional charge for all rush orders.

When completing your order, I will send you a personal email in order to get to know you and your pet. It is so important for me to capture the character of your pet, so tell me about them! In the email you receive from me, I will be requesting a picture, or multiple, of your pet and ask you to tell me a story about them. For example, Buster is street smart and loves ice cream cones (as did Bussy, the cocker-spaniel I had as a child who often ran away to the Dairy Queen). You will also have the option to choose the background color and collar for your portrait. Custom means custom so if you’d like a specialized background or additional features - just ask! These may require an additional fee depending on your request.

I want your painting to be exactly what you want so don’t be afraid to specify what characteristics you’d like emphasized. For example, you send me a portrait of your pet, but you prefer the way he or she is smiling in another photo - send as many photos as you’d like but please be specific about what feature you’d like me to use from each photo and I will put them all together to make the perfect pup painting.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! These portraits are customized to be your furry friend therefore orders are very specific and cannot be repurposed. I am willing to work with you under special circumstances. I understand that shipping costs are expensive. If you are local, or make arrangements for pick up options, shippings cost may be refunded.
